To download any LHA forms, simply click on the link to the one you want. It will open up as an Adobe PDF document on your computer. You can then print it out and register for your classes early, or bring the completed form with you on show day. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you must download it in order to view these forms. Download the latest version for free here. Please make sure you are familiar with our show rules before you submit your entry form! These are for the benefit of all LHA members.
